Emma is an experienced communication skills coach working in both the public and private sectors. For a number of years, she has been working in a variety of different areas of health and social care helping to improve and develop communication skills. She has worked on the advanced communications skills course and extensively with Manchester Medical School. 

Emma's other work includes facilitation and training outside of a healthcare setting. Among other things, these courses include: leadership skills, challenging conversations, presence and impact training, diversity and inclusion, behavioural safety, influencing, giving and receiving feedback and interview technique training.
